Dear participant,
Starting January 1st, 2018 your membership for active XS-Keys will automatically be renewed. Are you in the possesion of XS-Keys (CargoCard, PortKey, Digital Safety Passport) for employees which no longer work for you? Please block and deactivate the cards which you don’t wish to use anymore before 31 December 2017 and the membership will be automatically cancelled.
In case you do not block these cards, the membership will be automatically renewed starting 1 January 2018. These costs are not refundable.
How do you block a card? You can do it free-of-cost, 24/7 through Secure Online. You choose for “cards” and below you will find the option to block. In case you have any questions ,you can always contact our Service Desk at the phone number : 0031104637777

| Open invoices |
| You can see your invoices through Secure Online with your finance login code. In case you don’t have it anymore, you can request the login code by e-mail at our Service Desk. The e-mail address is servicedesk@secure-logistics.nl |

| Office hours during Christmas & New Year |
On 25 and 26 December 2017 our office is closed all day. On Wednesday 27 December 2017 we are at your service again at 08.00 hrs.
On 1st January 2018 our office is closed all day. On 2nd January 2018 our office is open as from 08.00 hrs.

| Privacy-by-Mindset |
Starting 25 may 2018 the General Data Protection Regulation comes into force.
Therefore applications for XS-Keys can only be send through the secured method via Secure Online from now on. Requests received through e-mail will not be processed anymore.
Should you encounter any problems, please contact our servicedesk. We will be happy to help you through the process.

| Pickung up XS-Keys, only at Maasvlakte Plaza Rotterdam |
You can pick up your XS-Key(CargoCard, Digital Saffety Passport,PortKey) only at our office in Maasvlakte Plaza Rotterdam. Our Service Desk is housed at this location, where XS-Keys can be personally picked-up and activated.
This service is not available anymore in Barendrecht. We advise you to also inform your employees about these changes.
The location at Maasvlakte Plaza is open from Monday to Friday between 08:30-17:00 hrs. |
